PHYSICAL THERAPY
Kylie provides one-on-one, in-person physical therapy sessions designed to help female athletes of all ages recover, perform, and thrive. Each session begins with a thorough movement assessment, followed by personalized treatment that may include hands-on care, mobility training, strength work, and pelvic health support.

With advanced training and certifications, Kylie combines clinical expertise with performance-based care to create a space where women feel supported and empowered in their movement.

Train with Kylie from anywhere with programs designed to keep you strong, mobile, and supported through every stage of life.

Individual Program ($400)
Fully customized daily programming with biweekly 1:1 Zoom check-ins, weekly progress updates, and ongoing adjustments tailored to your goals, schedule, and gym access.

Standard Labor Prep Program ($150)
3–4 workouts per week (30–45 minutes) focused on strength, mobility, and pelvic floor preparation for birth.
